a diverse group of individuals with over 141 years of experience in
the fields that we support.

Stuart Scull - President

Prior to LSS, Stuart was President / CEO of U.S. Financial Mortgage
Corp. a retail mortgage operation with over 50 branch locations originating
loans in over 15 states. Stuart has over 20 years in mortgage lending,
real estate and marketing services.
With the reduction of production in 2007, Stuart witnessed many lenders bleed to death as a result of their fixed costs associated with rental space and staffing needs. Then in late 2007 and 2008, he saw even more companies close their doors due to the financial burden of loan quality concerns.
These dramatic events developed the vision of LSS and the services we provide in hopes that lenders across the country can grow a solid and profitable organization free from the typical burdens of the past.
Wanda Melilli - Regulatory Compliance Manager

Wanda has over 30 years of mortgage banking experience with over 10
years in Regulatory Compliance, 5 years as an Underwriter / Underwriting
Manager, 14 years as a Processor, and 13 years in Loan Servicing.
Wanda has an excellent relationship with numerous state licensing agencies
and has been on the California Mortgage Bankers Association Mortgage
Quality and Compliance Committee since April 2007.

Linda Graham - Post Closing Manager

Linda began her career in 1960 working for a Title and Escrow company
and worked her way up from a secretarial position to an Escrow Officer
during the next 24 years.
In 1984, Linda was recruited by a lender as a Funder and quickly moved
up to Funding Supervisor. In 1992, she was hired on by another mortgage
company to develop their Post Closing department which she ran until
joining LSS.
Dave Foote - Director of Marketing

Dave has been active in Technical and Graphics Design, Process Flow
Mapping, Data Processing and Internet Operations for the past 21 years.
For the past 5 years, Dave provided Print and Web Design, IT Support,
email marketing and advertising services to U.S. Financial Mortgage
Corp. where he met and built a solid and trusting relationship with
Stuart and helped to develop Lender Support Services.
Dave is blessed with a high level of creativity and is capable of combining
these talents with the technical experience to deliver quality products
and services at very affordable rates.
